Due to rail service delays into Western Australia, customers may experience delivery delays of 1 to 2 days. For updates from Australia Post, please view here.

Shipping and Delivery Fees Policy

Effective from 15/11/2024 11:59 pm AEST, La’Grace Home has updated its shipping fees as follows:

Shipping Fees

The shipping cost for your order will be calculated during the checkout process based on the type of items in your order.

  1. Standard Parcels - $10.95
  2. Bulky Parcels - $39.00
  3. Large Bulky Parcels - $49.00
  4. Oversized Parcels - $79.00

Category-Specific Shipping Fees

The following shipping fees apply to specific product categories:

  • All Ottoman: $19.95
  • All Bath Products: $10.95
  • All Runners: $19.95
  • All Sustainable Products: $14.95
  • Rug Pads: $10.95
  • All Oversized Items: $79.00
  • All Round Rugs: $39.00
  • Throw Blankets: $10.95
  • Kids Ottoman: $19.95 (same as adult ottoman)
  • Kids Rugs: $19.95

Important Information

  • Free shipping on orders over $150 has been discontinued.
  • Shipping fees will apply to all orders, regardless of order value.
  • Shipping charges are calculated after any applicable discounts are applied.

Delivery Fees for Gift Cards

We do not charge for delivery of our gift cards when purchased as a single item.

On Completion of Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk mail. If you are unsure whether your order was completed successfully, please contact us at this email: info@lagracehome.com.au

Tracking Your Order and Delivery

Our parcels are sent as e-Parcels via Australia Post, and you will be emailed a tracking number to track your parcel. A signature will be required to confirm receipt of your order. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the delivery driver will leave a card to notify you that the goods can be collected from your local post office. We are unable to leave parcels without a signature.

Delivery to Rural and Remote Areas

Please note that normal Australia Post delivery procedures apply for customers living in rural and remote areas. Should Australia Post not provide delivery service to your door, it will be received in the usual manner, whether that be via a roadside delivery, collection from your local Australia Post outlet, or from a post office box.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

We aim to dispatch orders within 0 - 5 days of receipt. Please note that we are a Sydney-based company, so depending on where you live, delivery to most areas of Australia will take 2-5 working days after dispatch via Australia Post (WA and NT will take 7-12 working days). Can I Have My Orders Posted Overseas?

We currently require a delivery address within Australia for shipping.

Invoice

A tax invoice will be attached to your order confirmation email. Please retain this as your proof of purchase.

Shipping Policy

Where we are waiting on stock to arrive for any item in a multiple-item order, we will hold dispatch until all items are available.

We will ship to the address you provide to us, and we cannot be responsible for any delay that may occur if those details are incorrect. If goods are returned to us by Australia Post due to an addressing error or non-collection, we may require you to pay a second delivery charge.
